The Matrix Resurrection [Movie Review]

Return to a world of two realities: one, everyday life; the other, what lies behind it. To find out if his reality is a construct, to truly know himself, Mr. Anderson will have to choose to follow the white rabbit once more.

The Matrix Resurrection a very interesting take in what they wanted to bring to the table in showing us how can the Matrix actually work in a setting like how the world is now with social media.

In the film they explore it quite well but then it’s left behind with the main plot of the story that is our Main Characters that are Neo and Trinity. That is where i would have love to have the film a little more into what they presented at first to have a more interesting take of the matrix simulation.

The cast in this film were really nice and interesting. Where i guess that maybe was the way that they were directed in the film was what took me off because some felt like they were characters from the previous films. Still they did an amazing job bringing these new characters too life.

This film brought in lots of nostalgic moments and fun action sequences but in part of that some parts of the film felt long and not necessary to be their. But for the saque of bringing some charcoal back they added them to the plot to have Something more linear in the story.

Having Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Ann back as their characters as see them shine like they did in this film was a feeling that a fan of the franchise will love. Mentioning as well Neil Patrick Harris character was another addition that brought life to the plot.

The Matrix Resurrection could have been more but still brings back those great moments that you can jump from your seat. I can say that when you get to the final act this film is a thrill ride and much more. In all was a interesting take but it could’ve been more.
