The Shape Of Water [Movie Review]

At a top-secret research facility in the 1960s, a lonely janitor forms a unique relationship with an amphibious creature that is being held in captivity.

The Shape Of Water one may think that it is a film that has that touch of Beauty and the beast but not this filming by Guillermo Del Toro was a different and very different little love story from how a mute girl fell in love with a being who is not human.

This filming is a touch of how people look at others as well as being a romantic movie in itself how people judge others for their flaws or how they see themselves. The Shape Of Water is in the era of the 60 ‘where there was a lot of discrimination towards society.

The story of this movie was very different from other love movies because there is always a happy ending or it ends badly and after a few seconds it ends happy but if this filming gives you a touch of Evil and a touch of Felicida because the story of how Elisa meets the amphibian man is quite different.

The Shape of Water is one of Guillermo Del Toro’s works that is phenomenal, it keeps you focused on all the filming from the beginning to the end and how he captures that idea of a human falling in love with something that is not of this world.

The cast of this movie was phenomenal. Many familiar faces like Octavia Spencer and Michael Shannon played very good roles in this movie. I can only say that the message that Guillermo wanted to carry carries her in a very good and clear way.

How one can judge others by their defects or by their skin color and not only that Love is a mystery and how it comes in different ways. The Shape Of Water is a film that if I recommend it, you should go see it and you cannot miss it at the cinema.
